1 1/4 c brown sugar
2/3 c oil
1 egg
1 c sour milk or buttermilk
1 tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 c flour
1 1/2 c diced rhubarb
1/2 c chopped nuts

Topping
1/2 c white sugar
1 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in order given. Pour into 2 greased bread pans.
Mix topping and sprinkle over top. Bake 60 minutes at 325º.
