Save the seeds from your pumpkin
Sea salt
Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Put seeds in a colander and rinse well. Dump out onto paper towels and pat dry. Add 1 T. oil to every 1 c. of seed. Spread onto an ungreased baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt. Bake 350º stirring often. Are done when crunchy, slide around easily, and are slightly brown....about 12 minutes.

Pumpkin seeds are rich in protein, iron, potassium, phosphorous, calcium, magnesium, zinc, and Vit. A, B, & E.
Spices, like chili powder, garlic powder, etc. can also be added with the salt for more flavor.
