1 lb ground beef, browned
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
1/4 c chopped green pepper
1 (8 oz) pkg corkscrew macaroni, cooked
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 c sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In a large saucepan, combine the beef, taco seasoning, tomato sauce, and green pepper. Cook over medium heat. Bring to a boil. remove from heat. In a medium bowl, combine cooked macaroni, cheese and sour cream. Mix well. Spray a 2 quart dish with cooking spray, pour in macaroni mixture. Add meat mixture over top. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
