2 cucumbers
3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
4 tbsp olive oil
salt, to taste
2 cups yogurt (best taste 10 % fat)
1 tbsp vinegar or lemon
(if you like add some fine cut dill too)


Directions:
Directions:
Peel and grate the cucumbers (do not use a blender). Squeeze to drain the juices .
In a small bowl, mash the garlic with the olive oil, vinegar and salt.
Stir in the cucumbers and yogurt.
Serve as a dip with crackers or raw veggies or as a condiment for your meat, burgers and french fries.
(Avoid garlic in case you hate bad breath after meal.)
