1 egg white
1 tsp water
1 pound pecans or walnut halves
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 225 degrees. Beat egg white with 1 tsp water in a medium bowl with a mixer to soft peaks. Put pecan or walnut halves in a large bowl; fold in beaten egg white. Mix together 1/2 cup sugar, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Toss with egg white coated nuts. Spread on nonstick cookie sheet. Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool.
