4 cups original bisquick mix
1 ½ cups of powered sugar
Ύ cup butter or (Fat free butter)
1 tsp almond extract
2 egg
1 cup finely granulated sugar (or 1 cup of splender

Directions:
Directions:
1 ) Heat oven to 400 dry. In large bowl, stir all ingredients, Except the sugar, until dough is soft dough forms.
(2 ) Shape dough into balls, about 1 inch diameter; roll in sugar coat. ON ungreased cookie sheet, place ball, about 2 inches apart.Flatten Slightly bottom of glass.
(3) Bake 5 to 6 minutes or until edges are lightly golden brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from coolie sheet to cooling racks
