2 C cooked chicken (can use turkey or duck)
1 lb. seedless grapes
1 C. chopped celery
1 C. slivered toasted almonds
1 large can (14 oz) pineapple chunks, drained
1 package penne pasta or macaroni, cooked
Dressing:
1 1/2 C mayonnaise
1/2 T. curry powder
1 T. soy sauce
1 T. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients for the dressing and preferably let it sit in refrigerator for 2-3 days. It taste better if it sets for a while In a large bowl mix together all pasta ingredients. Gently add dressing and stir. Enjoy on a bed of lettuce or as a main course for a light lunch.
