5 large eggs
1 2/3 c. whole milk
5 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
1 2/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Lightly coat popover pan or deep muffin tins with nonstick cooking spray. Heat pan in oven for at least 15 minutes. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat with an electric mixer until frothy. Add milk and butter, mixing well. Add flour and salt until combined. Fill each cup of popover pan almost half full. Bake 30-40 minutes until puffy and well browned. Serve warm with honey butter.
