2 boxes of German Chocolate baking squares
2 boxes of white chocolate
5 regular size candy canes
1/2 t. peppermint extract

Directions:
Directions:
Put candy canes in a gallon ziplock and crush with rolling pin or hammer into little pieces. Melt white chocolate according to manufacture's instructions( a large glass measuring cup in the microwave works best). Do not overheat. Pour melted white chocolate onto a cookie sheet, lined with wax paper and spread out to about 1/4 " thick. Place in freezer for 5-10 minutes until hardened. Melt German chocolate according to manufacture's directions. Once melted, add peppermint extract and stir. Pour melted German chocolate on top of the hardened white chocolate. Spread to about 1/4 " thick. Sprinkle the crushed candy canes on top and gently press in. Place in freezer for 15-30 mins. until hardened. Gently break into 2-3 inch pieces and enjoy. Store in airtight container in the refrigerator.
