2/3 c. sugar
2 T. water
4 eggs
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
2 t. corn starch
2 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º.

In one cup glass bowl combine sugar and water, gently mix. Cook in microwave on high 4 min or until caramelized. Pour into bottom of fluted tart pan, coat bottom. Set aside.

In bowl (or blender) combine both milks, eggs, vanilla, cornstarch and beat until starch is dissolved. Pour into pan.

Bake in water bath in oven for 45 min.

Serve with fresh berries or whipped cream.
