16 frozen bread rolls (Rhodes)

Brown Sugar Coating
1c. packed light brown sugar
2 t. ground cinnamon
8 T. unsalted butter (1 stick), melted ( or Smart Balance)

Directions:
Thaw dough until you can cut rolls into 32 pieces. There is a fair amount of time waiting to raise. Proof them in the oven first. Warm the oven to 170 degrees turned off the oven and then cover the dough and let double.

Preheat to 350º.

Roll dough balls in brown sugar mixture and stagger in a greased bundt pan.

Bake for 30 - 35 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes.

Turn out pan onto a serving platter. Serve warm and gooey.
