1/4 t. red cayenne pepper, ground
1 pkg. buttermilk ranch seasoning mix, dry
3/4 to 1 c. mayo
1/2 c. buttermilk
4-5 sprigs cilantro, fresh
4 to 6 tomatillos, med to lg size
1 - 2 cloves garlic
Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a blender to liquefy
*Add up to 1/2 C more buttermilk to thin more.

*To make it a dip: Put tomatillos and cilantro in blender to liquefy then drain excess juices. Add remaining ingredients, then liquefy.

*Add 1-2 more tomatillos, if desired.
