1 dozen eggs, room temp
1/2 t salt
2 1/2 c sugar
6 c flour
2 sticks oleo
2T vanilla
2 T lemon juice
2 T anise
5 T cooking wine or whiskey
4t baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs for about 10 minutes, add salt and continue to beat while adding sugar. Melt oleo; add oil and rest of liquid ingredients. Mix baking powder with flour in large bowl. Slowly mix in moist mixture.

Cook 1 rounded tablespoon of dough per side of griddle. Store in airtight containers after cool.
