3/4 cup cocoa
3 cups sugar
1 cup milk (1/2 cream)
3 tbs Karo(wooden spoon measure)
sprinkle of salt
2 caps full vanilla
2 tbs butter

Directions:
Directions:
Stir until it comes to boil and sugar is dissolved. Cook to med stage 232 Degrees. Add vanilla and butter. Cool at (110 degrees) or until cool on bottom of pan. Beat and Beat till it starts to turn. Add nuts. Stir and beat again until starts to set up, push into pan. Very good !

A good fudge from scratch, the best. We used to make fudge, taffy or divinity most Friday nights when I was a girl.A real treat!!
