2 tbs yeast
2 1/2 cups real warm water
1/2 cup veg oil (I use canola)
1/4 cup sugar (for sweet rolls 1/2 cup)
2 beaten eggs
6 cup flour
1/2 cup powdered milk
1 tbs salt

Directions:
Directions:
Stir liquid in mixer bowl. Gradually add 6 cup flour, salt, pdr milk, mix well. It is a soft dough. Let rise 1 hr or until it is
double. Place on floured canvas and knead well. Cut in half and make rolls you like. Put veg. oil on cookie sheet and place each roll in oil. You will have at least one big cookie sheet of rolls. Let rise another hour. Bake at 400 degrees 15 min. (test)
If you are making sweet rolls, roll dough 1/2 at a time 1/2 "
thick. Butter dough and place raisins, sugar and cinnamon. Cut 3/4 " rolls and bake.
