2 cups water
2 tablespoons corn starch
1 cup sugar
1 3 oz package orange or peach jello
4 cups peeled and sliced peaches
2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
6 Tablespoons powdered sugar
1 cube margarine or butter
1 8 oz package cream cheese (very soft)
1 pint whipping cream whipped
1/2 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water, corn starch and sugar til thick. Add jello. Set until chilled. Add sliced peaches.
Mix graham cracker crumbs, 6 tablespoons powdered sugar and margarine (melted). Put half of the crumbs in a 9x13 pan. Save other half for top.
Fold together cream cheese, whipped cream and 1.2 cup powdered sugar. (I add the soft cream cheese a little at a time to the cream after it has been whipped) Put all of the fruit mixture on the crumb layer. Then add the cream mixture on top. then top with rest of crumbs. Refrigerate.
