1- 8 oz. Philly cheese at room tempts.
14.5 oz. Red can good salmon 1tbls. Lemon juice 1tsp. minced onion
1tsp.horseradish
1/3 cup of chopped nuts (reserve it)

Directions:
Directions:

Drain the salmon. Then remove the skin and bones. Flake and mash the salmon. Combine all the ingredients well. Chill several for an hour or overnight. Roll the mixture into a shape of a ball. Then roll it into the nuts of your choice, and sprinkle fresh parsley. And sever it with fruits and different special crackers. Wine or juice.
