Ingredients: 1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs 1/3 cup melted butter 1/2 tsp. of McCormick ginger (or fresh ginger finely ground) 3 packages (8 oz. of light cream cheese softened ) 1 cup of Splenda (your favorite sugar) 1/4 cup of low fat milk 2 tbls. of flour 2 tsp. of McCormick pure orange extract 1 tsp. of McCormick pure vanilla extract 3 eggs

Directions:1. preheat oven to 350 degrees mix graham crackers crumbs, melted butter and ginger press firmly onto bottom of foil- lined 13x9 inch baking pan refrigerate until ready to use. 2. beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended add milk flour and extracts mix well. add eggs beat on low speed after each egg, mix well until it all smooth, pour over chilled crust. 3. bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool completely on wire rack. 4. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. lift out the foil carefully not to break the cheese cake. 5.you can also cut this cheese cake into squares. GARNISH CHEESECAKE. with one tube of low fat whip cream. Add 2 tsp. of orange extract add few drops of McCormick orange coloring. 6.fold the extract and color into the whip cream and folding over until all is well blended. when ready to serve spread whip topping over the cheesecake and the rid of fresh orange and curly of some orange slices. put a smile on someone's face by putting a smile on the cheese cake 7. you can also find more of my recipes on facebook under HappyCook so share a slice of happiness with someone who isn't smiling god bless Grammy Maria Maxey♥ Tip* You can also use betty Crocker grandham cookies or even chocolate cracker and you have your Grandbabies have fun smashing them to crumbs.
