1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can (15.25 oz) whole kernel corn, drained (optional)
1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, cubed
1 cup milk
1 tsp beef bouillon granules
1/4 tsp pepper
4-1/2 c uncooked wide egg noodles

Directions:
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook beef and onion until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add the corn (if desired), soup, cream cheese, milk, bouillon and pepper. Cook and stir until cheese is melted. Meanwile, cook noodles according to package directions; rinse and drain. Add to skillet; heat through. Yield: 8 servings
