1 1/2 pounds pork sausage.
9 eggs.
3 Cups milk.
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard.
1 1/2 Cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated.
4 slices bread cubed.
1 Scant Tbsp. salt.

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain sausage. Beat eggs and seasonings. Stir in cheese and sausage. Pour into buttered 9" x 13" baking dish. Top with bread cubes. Bake at 350 º for 1 hour or until knife inserted comes out clean. Bake uncovered. May be assembled the night before and refrigerated. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes if refrigerated.
