2 cups flour
½ tsp salt
½ cup vegetable oil
6 T cold milk

Directions:

In mixing bowl combine flour and salt and mix well. Add vegetable oil and milk. Stir together and form into 2 balls. Moisten counter top slightly and roll out pie dough between 2 sheets of waxed paper. Roll dough around rolling pin and unroll into pie pan. Fold edges over. For filled pie, pour filling into crust and bake as directed in pie recipe. For baked pie crust (unfilled): heat oven to 475º and prick bottom and sides generously with fork. Bake 8 -10 minutes until light golden brown.
