1 cup butter
½ cup powdered sugar
2 cup flour
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Beat butter and powdered sugar together until creamy. Sift flour, salt, and baking powder together and add to the butter and sugar. Mix well and spoon into 2 round cake pans. Pat down to ¼-inch thickness and prick with a fork. Bake about 20 minutes or until delicate brown. Cut into pie shaped pieces and serve warm. May be rewarmed.
