1 1/2 lb. of ground beef (90% lean)
1 onion, chopped fine
2 - 3 tbsp. Mrs. Dash original, to taste
1/2 c. bread crumbs, or 5 to 6 slices of bread crumbed
1 lg. egg
1 - 2 tsp. of black pepper
15 oz. can of tomato sauce

1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce, less/more to your liking

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together first 6 ingredients and approximately 3 or 4 ounces of the tomato sauce to make the meatloaf mixture. Divide in half and form 2 small loaves. Set aside.
In another bowl, combine the rest of the tomato sauce, and the remaining ingredients to make the sauce.
Spray a deep casserole baking dish with cooking spray and wipe all surfaces to grease inside of dish. Pour approximately 1/4 of the sauce mixture into the bottom of the dish. Place the 2 small meat loaves in on top of the sauce. Pour remaining sauce over the loaves.
Cover with lid and place in a preheated oven at 350º for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until fully cooked.
Remove loaves from sauce and slice. Serve with sauce spooned over top of the meatloaf, or over potatoes and rice side dishes.
