1 ½ c flour
1 c sugar
½ t salt
1 t soda
1 t baking powder
1 can of fruit cocktail (medium sized)
1 egg beaten

Top Mixture:
1 c brown sugar
1 c chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
**Beat egg and add fruit then add rest of ingredients. Pour onto lightly greased and floured 8x12 pan. Bake until firm center at 350.
**Mix together top mixture. Serve with a spoonful of whipping cream and sprinkle with top mixture.
