4 c diced apples
2 c white sugar
½ salad oil
2 c flour
2 eggs
2 t cinnamon
1 c nuts
2 t soda
1 t salt

Sauce:
½ c butter
½ c whipping cream
½ c sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Put apples in bowl, pour beaten eggs over and stir. Add sugar, cinnamon, oil, and nuts. Sift flour, soda, and salt. Mix all and beat well. Grease 9x13 in pan and bake at 350 for 45 min. Boil sauce for 1 min and add ½ t vanilla. Serve warm over cake.
