1 1/2 c. Sugar
1/2 c butter or oleo
2 eggs
2 bananas mashed
1 c sour milk
1 tsp vanilla

Sift together the following:
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
2 c flour
1/2 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
*To sour milk, add 1 T vinegar to 1-cup milk. Or you can use buttermilk.
**Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs and mix well, then add bananas and mix. Add dry ingredients and sour milk alternatively. Add vanilla and mix well. Put in 9x13 in pan. Bake 350 for 30 min or until done. Let cool and frost with cream cheese frosting.
