2 c. sugar
4 1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. baking soda
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. mazola
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Sift together sugar, flour, salt and baking soda. Add buttermilk, mazola, eggs and vanilla into dry ingredients. Drop onto cookie sheet. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 375º for 15 minutes.
