1 can 6 oz. tomato paste
1/4 cup sliced olives
2 tablespoons capers
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
1/2 teaspoon leaf oregano
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 lbs. cod, cut into 2 inch chunks

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients except fish in small mixing bowl. Spread half of mixture in water soaked clay pot.
2. Arrange fish portions on top. Spread remaining tomato mixtures on top. Cover with water soaked lid.
3. Microwave for 15 minutes on High.
4. Microwave for 18 to 20 minutes on Simmer or until fish is flaky. Let stand. Covered for 5 minutes before serving.
