1/2 cup loosely packed flat-leaf parsley leaves
2 small dill sprigs, roughly chopped
7 basil leaves, roughly chopped
2 green onions, roughly chopped
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2/3 cup buttermilk
1 tsp. honey
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put 1/2 cup loosely packed flat-leaf parsley leaves, 2 roughly chopped dill springs, 7 basil leaves, and 2 roughly chopped green onions on a cutting board; chop finely.

Using a small spatula or teaspoon, put 1/3 cup mayonnaise in blender (or dressing mixer carafe); add 2/3 cup buttermilk, 1 tsp. honey, 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice, chopped herbs, salt and ground pepper. Blend until well combined, about 20 seconds. Toss with salad greens.

Dressing may be refrigerated up to 3 days.
