1 bunch of Broccoli, florets
1/3 cup Red Onion (or sweet onion), finely chopped
1 cup raisins
1 cup unsalted roasted peanuts, chopped (can substitute sunflower seeds)
6 strips of fried bacon, crumbled (Bacon Bits also work)
Dressing:
1 cup Dukes Mayo
3 Tbsp. Sugar
3 Tbsp. Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Toss all ingredients together except for bacon (use to top salad). To make dressing, dissolve sugar and vinegar then mix with Mayo.
