1 1/4 C sugar, 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour and 3/4 tsp. salt, 1 C pineapple juice, 2 eggs beaten, 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice, 1 C acini di pepe (tiny pasta), 2 C miniature marshmallows, 2 cans mandarin oranges, drained, 1 20 ounce can crushed pineapple drained, 1 8 oz. carton Cool Whip 1/2 C coconut

In small sauce pan mix sugar, flour & salt. Stir in pineapple juice and eggs. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened, add lemon juice. Set aside to cool. Cook pasta according to pkg. directions. Combine cooked mixture with pasta, cover, place in fridge overnight or until well chilled. Add remaining ingredients. Stir lightly, Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
