1 lb Ground Beef,
1 Onion,
1 large can of diced tomatoes,
1 can of corn or small bag of frozen corn,
1-2 packets of your favorite taco seasoning mix,
1 bag of Tortilla chips,
shredded cheddar cheese,
1 can of pinto beans, optional or rice.

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef in a soup pot, add diced up onion, frozen or canned corn, taco seasoning packets and pinto beans or some rice if desired. Add large can of diced tomatoes and then several cans of water for your soup and then simmer until vegetables are cooked. Serve this over crushed tortilla chips and top with shredded cheese and a dollop of sour cream!
