1 pint sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup dijonnaise
3 slices red onion (diced)
1/2 lb fried bacon (crumbled)
1 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (reserve 1/4 cup for end)
2 dozon russet potatoes
Season All (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatoes. Cut into quarters or halves. Scoop out potato. Mix potato with all other ingredients and fill skins with this mixture. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of reserved cheese on top. Bake at 350º for 10-15 minutes.
