"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4-5 pound Pork Shoulder
1 box of beef broth
Salt & pepper
Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce
Red Pepper or hot spice (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook in crock pot till it falls apart (I usually cook overnight)

Remove pork and pull apart (this should almost happen on it's own)
I like to strain the broth the meat was cooked in. Some will be used to put back in the BBQ to keep it moist.

Put meat back into crock pot. Stir in Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce to cover meat or to taste (if you have a favorite sauce, go for it! ) Also for a "kick" add a little red pepper or hot spice of choice....or not...!!
Add back in some of the broth to help keep the meat moist. Be careful not to over do it. You may need to do this several times while the meat is heating up. This prevents the BBQ from drying.

Enjoy!!!
