1/2 cabbage (chopped fine) or 3/4 small bag
5 stalks green onion
1/4 cup slivered almonds (toasted)
1/4 cup sunflower seeds (toasted)
sesame seeds (optional)
1 pkg Ichiban soup mix

1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup salad oil
seasoning pack from noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all salad ingredients except noodles. Before serving, toss with the dressing. Add crunched up noodles and toss again.
Save any leftovers for the next day and add a small amount of rice vinegar to taste.

We find that beef or original flavoured Ichiban and Marukan or Nakano regular rice vinegar have the best results.
