3 eggs, beaten well
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. warm milk
1/4 lb. melted butter
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 bottle pure lemon extract
5 to 5 1/2 c. flour

3 c. confectioners sugar
4 tbs. butter
6 tbs. orange juice
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together using enough flour to form a soft dough. Roll out pencil size and twist to make a "G". Bake 15 minutes or until bottom is golden. Frost when cooled.

Frosting: in a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients for the icing and mix well. Frost cookie tops & let set for an hour or so.
