Ingredients: 4 stalks celery, washed and drained 2 chicken breast skinned 4 oz monterrey jack cheese 4 medium green onions 2 large tomatos 1 cup loose long stemmed cilantro 2 slices sourdough bread 2 tbs soft butter 4 tbs grated parmesan cheese 8 oz lean bacon cooked until crisp
DRESSING 1-1/2 tbs mayonnaise 3 tbs dairy sour cream 1 ts dijon mustard 1-1/2 tablespoon honey leaf lettuce washed,drained and chilled

Directions:Cut celery, chicken, cheese, onions and tomatos in short, thin sticks (about 3in x 1/8 x 1/4 julienne cuts). Cut cilantro. Toast slices of bread in toaster or broiler. Remove and butter one side only. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese; return to toaster or broil. Cook bacon. Combine salad dressing ingredients thorouhly right before serving. Blend all salad ingredients with dressing. Serve immediately. |
