1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
2 eggs
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 onion (minced)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 Tbsp. oil

Sauce:
1 1/4 c. pineapple juice
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1/3 c. water
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 c. pineapple
2 diced green peppers

Directions:
Blend together hamburger, eggs, 1 tsp. cornstarch, onion, pepper, nutmeg, salt and garlic. Form into 1" balls. Heat oil in skillet; brown meatballs. In large saucepan, combine the remaining cornstarch, vinegar, water, brown sugar and pineapple. Cook until thickened; stir constantly. Add meatballs, pineapple and peppers. Cook 5 minutes or until fruit is well-heated. Makes 4-6 servings.
