Ingredients:	Ingredients: 1 pkg. Blueberry muffin mix 2 Tbsp. cooking oil 1 egg 1/2 cup water 1/3 cup brown sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:	Directions: Topping: Pour cake mix in 8" or 9" round glass baking dish. (Take out 1 Tbsp. of cake mix and mix with brown sugar and cinnamon in small bowl to later be used for topping.) Set aside. Coffee cake: Strain blueberries and wash under cold water. Add egg, oil and water to the dish containing cake mix. Mix with fork until blended. Sprinkle blueberries onto batter and fold in gently with fork. Cover dish with wax paper. Bake in microwave for 2 minutes on high. Turn dish quarter turn and cook additional 2 minutes still covered. Cake is done with only slightly moist on top. Remove wax paper and sprinkle cinnamon mixture evenly over hot cake. Cook one minute on high. Let stand 10 minutes on flat surface.
