2 cups flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cup mashed banana (about 2 bananas, the riper the better)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup softened butter
1 cup sugar + 1 tablespoon of sugar and cinnamon mixture to sprinkle on top of muffins
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Mix dry ingredients. Mix together smashed bananas and milk. Cream together butter, sugar, and vanilla then add eggs one at a time. Then add the banana and milk mixture. Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients in parts until all are combined. Put in cupcake tins. Cover tops of muffins with the cinnamon and sugar mixture. Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
