1 lb of ground beef or turkey
1 packet (1/4 cup) of taco seasoning
1 packet (1/4 cup) of ranch seasoning (Hidden Valley mix)
4 cans of chicken broth
1 can of Rotel
1 can of kernel corn, drained
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 can of black beans, drained
Tortilla chips
Sour cream (optional)
Shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot, brown 1 lb of ground meat. Add taco seasoning and ranch dressing packets. Add chicken broth. Add Rotel. Add corn, diced tomatoes, and black beans. Bring ingredients to a boil and then cover, reduce temperature to low and let simmer for at least half an hour. Serve by putting tortilla chips in the bottom of a soup bowl and ladling a few spoonfuls of soup on top. Top off the soup with a dab of sour cream and freshly grated cheddar cheese if you wish.
