PISTACHIO SURPRISE

Ingredients:

1 ¼ Cups Flour 1 stick of Butter
1 Cup Diced Nuts 8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 Large Container Cool Whip 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
2 Packages of Instant Pistachio Pudding 3 Cups of Milk
9 X 13 Pan

Mix:

1 ¼ Cups Flour 1 stick of Butter (soft/melted)
½ cups diced Nuts

Mix in 9 X 13 pan and press in bottom of pan. Bake at 350’ for 20 minutes. Ovens differ/ check after 10 minutes. Cool completely.

8 oz. of cream cheese (softened) 1 cup Powdered Sugar
½ large container of Cool Whip

Mix together and Spread on top of crust. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

2 pkgs. Instant Pistachio Pudding 3 Cups Milk

Mix together for 2 minutes on low speed. Spread over cream cheese layer.

Take remaining ½ of Cool Whip and spread over top. Sprinkle ½ cups of diced Nuts.
