3 lbs. chicken breast or 3lb. fryer
2c. reserve broth
1can cream of chicken soup
1c. self-rising flour
1t. salt 1/2 t. pepper
1c. buttermilk
1stick melted butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken until tender. Remove from bone. Cut into small pieces and place in a 9 x 13 pan. Put the 2c. of reserve broth and soup in pan and bring to boil. In another bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper, buttermilk and margarine. Mix thoroughly to form batter. Pour broth over chicken pieces. Dollop batter over chicken. Bake at 425º for 25 minutes to 30 minutes.
