3 peaches sliced.
3 packets of sugar substitute.
1/2 tsp. almond extract.
1/2 tsp. cinnamon.
1 Cup flour.
1/3 Cup sugar.
2 tsp. baking powder.
2 Tbsp. oil.
2 egg whites.
1/4 Cup skim milk.
nonfat cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place peaches in bottom of well-greased 8-inch baking dish coated with notfat cooking spray. 2. Sprinkle with 3 packets of sugar substitute, almond extract and cinnamon. 3. Combine flour, sugar, and baking powder in mixing bowl. Add oil, egg whites, and milk to flour mixture. Mix well. 4. Spread mixture evenly over peaches. 5. Bake at 400º for 30 minutes, or until lightly browned. 6. Cool for 15 minutes. To serve, place large serving plate over top of cate and invert onto plate.
