5 egg whites
2 Dstsp Cold Water
1 large cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
1 tsp Malt Vinegar
5 rounded tsp Cornflour
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites till stiff.

Add cold water and mix.

Beat in Sugar then Vanilla essence and Vinegar.

Fold in Cornflour.

Bake at 140ºC for 1 1/4 hours. Leave in oven until cool.
