1 cup Sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 cups Flour (or more)
1/4 1b Butter
3 ripe Bananas (mashed)
1 tsp Baking Soda - dissolved in milk
3 Tbsp Milk
Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter and sugar to cream.

Add egg and beat.

Then add flour and bananas.

Then milk and soda.

Bake in moderate oven (160º - 175ºC) for about 1 hour in an 8 inch tin.
