2 pkg. orange jello
1 cup boiling water
2 cups cold water
1/2 small can orange juice concentrate
1 can drained mandarin oranges
1 cup crushed ,drained, pineapple

Topping: Cool Whip, 1 pkg instant lemon jello pudding
Directions:
Directions:
Set jello with all ingred, except topping ingred. When set mix Cool Whip and prepared lemon pudding together and put on top of jello. Set in fridge for several hours.

This can even be used as a dessert, as it has a pudding topping. A popular one at my home.
