3/4 tbsp cooking oil
1 medium round onion
1 large carrot
1 10 oz can pieces & stems mushrooms (Mum's © brand)
1 can Spam ©
1 bunch green onion
1 block kamaboku (Hilo's Amano © brand)
2 pkg (11oz each) Oriental Style Noodles (Yakisoba © brand)
5 tbsp Oyster flavored sauce (Choy Sun © brand)
(no MSG)

Directions:
Directions:
Use large stewing pot.
Saute onions (chopped, diced) in oil.
Add to pot and mix in carrot (sliced into 2-3 inch match-stick slivers).
Add and mix in mushroom pieces & stems which have been drained and rinsed twice with water.
Add and mix in Spam sliced into thin match-stick pieces.
Add and mix in bottom stalk of green onion sliced into thinly-sliced small pieces.
Add and mix in kamaboku sliced into thin match-stick pieces.
Remove mixture from pot.
Cut each noodle package in quarters, rinse with water & loosen in colander, add to pot and stir fry for a couple of minutes with remaining chopped green onions at low heat.
Add oyster sauce to noodles & mix well to keep from sticking.
Add back mixture, simmer & serve.
