3 lbs. ground chuck, cooked and drained
1 small onion, chopped
1 15 oz. can of tomato sauce
1 can of water
1 can chili beans
1 T. chili powder
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Creole Seasoning
12 drops red hot buffalo wing sauce
12 drops Texas Pete hot sauce
12 drops Tabasco Sauce
1/4 tsp. Cumin
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients together and cook slowly for an hour.

Serve with various toppings of shredded cheddar cheese, Mexican mix cheese, cottage cheese, saltine crackers, oyster crackers,sour cream, etc.
