1 lb hamburger
1 stick butter
1 lg onion chopped
1 tsp minced garlic
salt
black pepper
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
2-3 Tbsp Chili Powder
1/2 cup salsa
3 cans kidney beans
4 cans Chili beans
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can tomato Juice
2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
In large pot combine butter, onion and garlic and saute till onions are shiny. Add hamburger and cook till browned. Add chili powder to meat mixture and coat and stir thoroughly. Add salsa and stir thoroughly. Add beans, tomatoes and mix. Lastly add the tomato juice and water. Finish by adding crushed red pepper, salt & pepper to taste. You may need to add more chili powder depending on how spicy you like it. Simmer for about an hour stirring occasionally.
